Pricing, Quality and Scheduling
Pricing
- Each piece is priced individually based on the current cost of materials, hardware required, stains, finishing material used and time required to complete the project.
-Time charges include an hourly shop rate that covers time to design, build, finish, deliver and install as well as shop overhead expenses.
- A deposit equal to 50% of the estimated project cost is required in order to schedule and begin work on the proposed project. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Quality
- Each project is personally designed and built by Ed Shaver.
-Only first quality hardwood, hardwood veneer and hardwood veneered plywood is used on all projects.
-All finishes are professional quality and are chosen for the project's ultimate use.
- All projects are personally delivered and, if necessary, installed.
Scheduling
- All work is scheduled on a first come, deposit paid, first served basis.
-A six week wait to begin a project is not unusual based upon work backlog and demand.
